Aubuchon Homes, Southwest Florida’s premier custom home builder, received six Pinnacle Awards.  The Lee Building Industry Association presented the company with the residential design awards during the annual ceremony held on November 9 at the Sidney & Berne David Art Center in Fort Myers.

Aubuchon Homes won Best Product Design in the $3,500,000-$5,000,000 category for a private residence in Fort Myers.  This ultra-modern home, designed and built by Aubuchon Homes, maximizes the features of a uniquely shaped waterfront lot and encompasses 6,294 square feet of living space with 9,000 total square feet.

Aubuchon Homes received Pinnacle Awards for the same private residence in the overall categories of Best Pool Design, Best Outdoor Living Space, and Best Closet Design.

The Lee BIA also recognized Aubuchon Homes with a Pinnacle Award for Best Design Center up to 2,500 square feet.  The bright, inviting space for customers to make design selections is located inside Aubuchon Homes’ main office at 4707 SE 9th Place in Cape Coral.

In the category of Best Interior Design for a single-family home $400,000-$499,999, the interior design arm of Aubuchon Homes, Evalutions by Aubuchon, won a Pinnacle Award for Riverside Splash.  The Evalutions by Aubuchon team of licensed interior designers turned the former model home into a colorful, unique riverfront getaway.

Aubuchon Homes has won hundreds of residential design awards since opening in 1992.  In January, the builder will unveil a new West Indies inspired 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath model home located at 1419 Carleton Palm Court just off of McGregor Boulevard in Fort Myers.
