Mitch Mancuso

Mitch’s resume includes a Bachelor’s degree with a major in Communications and a minor in Computer Information Systems.  He’s held a Florida Real Estate License for more than two decades, is a member of the National Association of Realtors, and the Royal Palm Coast Realtor Association.  Mitch specialized in new construction, working for nearly four years as a Community Sales Manager for a private home builder in Naples, FL.  In this role, he collaborated with team members and clients from all over the country and all over the world. He received a Sand Dollar Award for Salesperson of the Year in 2019 presented by the Collier Building Industry Association.

Mitch’s family moved to Cape Coral from upstate New York when he was very young.  He’s watched Southwest Florida grow from roads paved with shells to a destination to live, work, and play.  He attended college in West Palm Beach and lived in Orlando for a short time, but the Gulf Coast waters and freshwater canal chains called him back.  Now he shares the community he grew up in with his own family – his wife, Sara, two children, and two Labs.  Mitch enjoys time outdoors on the water, playing a round of golf, and scouting out rare palm trees for his yard.
