Cindy Cross, CPA

Cindy Cross, CPA, serves as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance for the Aubuchon Team of Companies. She joined the organization in July 2004.  With more than two decades of service, Cindy has been instrumental in strengthening the company’s financial infrastructure, guiding strategic growth, and supporting the evolution of its diversified business operations.

Cindy began her career in public accounting, where she developed a strong foundation in financial reporting, compliance, and tax strategy. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Taxation, with a specialization in tax. Her deep technical expertise in complex financial planning and regulatory oversight has been a cornerstone of her leadership throughout her career.

In addition to her financial credentials, Cindy holds both a real estate license and a title insurance license, providing valuable cross-functional insight into the real estate and title industries.

During her tenure, the Aubuchon Team of Companies has included high-end luxury residential construction, interior design, real estate, property management, and title services. Cindy has been responsible for the financial oversight of all entities, ensuring disciplined fiscal management, operational alignment, and sustainable growth across each division.

As CFO and Vice President of Finance, Cindy oversees all aspects of financial operations and works closely with executive leadership to align financial strategy with organizational objectives. She is recognized for her analytical rigor, collaborative leadership style, and commitment to strong governance and fiscal stewardship.

Beyond her corporate leadership, Cindy is deeply committed to community service. She serves on the Executive Committee of Ronald McDonald House Charities as Treasurer and is an active member of both the Finance Committee and the Governance Committee, providing financial oversight and strategic guidance in support of the organization’s mission to serve families with sick children.
