Aubuchon Homes completed this custom home in Cape Coral, based on our award-winning Carlisle Bay model. Originally situated on a 112-foot wide by 93-foot deep lot, we seized the opportunity to craft a uniquely expansive floorplan. Enthralled by the Carlisle Bay, our clients enlisted our in-house Architectural Designers to adapt all of the home’s finest features to a 90-foot wide by 140-foot deep homesite. The outcome? What we affectionately dub the “mini-Carlisle Bay.” This West Indies style waterfront custom home boasts four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths within 3122 sq. ft. of living space.
