As our portfolio of luxury residential projects across Southwest Florida continues to grow, we are looking for a professional who finds beauty in the details – specifically, the administrative ones. We are officially seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our Cape Coral headquarters.

Your day-to-day will involve:
- Financial Stewardship: Managing invoicing and bookkeeping support with a high degree of accuracy using QuickBooks Desktop.
- Project Synergy: Maintaining complex project files and documentation to keep our design timelines on track.
- Client Connection: Assisting with scheduling and professional correspondence with our high-end clientele and vendors.

Full job description
Job Summary
Evalutions is a full-service residential interior design firm seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our growing firm. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, accurate, dependable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Managing daily administrative tasks and office support
- Data entry, invoicing, and record keeping
- Maintaining project files and documentation
- Assisting with scheduling and correspondence
- Supporting bookkeeping and financial tracking
Required Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with QuickBooks Desktop
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and experience with accounting software is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s Degree or Certification in Office Administration preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in an administrative support role, with proficiency in office software applications (Microsoft)
- Team player, dependable and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees, clients and vendors
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Position Specifics:
· Full-time position
· Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
· Starting pay: $20.00/hour+, depending on experience
Expected hours: 40 per week
