Your Role as an Architectural Designer:

As an Architectural Designer at Aubuchon Homes, you’ll play a crucial role in bringing our clients’ visions to life. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conceptual Design & Development: Collaborating with project teams to translate client needs into innovative and functional designs.
  • Technical Drawing & Modeling: Creating detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD and producing 3D models and renderings for visualization.
  • Site Analysis & Coordination: Conducting site visits and coordinating with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project success.
  • Code Compliance: Staying up-to-date on industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure projects are compliant.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design.
  • Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
  • Design Acumen: Strong design and visualization skills.
  • Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of building codes and regulations.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail is essential.
