Aubuchon Homes celebrates being named among Southwest Florida’s Best Places to Work in 2024! This award recognizes businesses excelling in employee satisfaction.
Employee Input Matters
To qualify for the Best Places to Work recognition, Aubuchon Homes provided details on company culture, benefits, and demographics. Employees then anonymously completed surveys, providing valuable feedback through ratings and open-ended questions. An independent firm analyzed the data to determine the winners.

We believe in dedicating time, talent, and resources to strengthen our community. Alongside our partners, we host the annual Helping Hands for the Holidays fundraiser. For over 25 years, Aubuchon Homes has united the community, raising over half a million dollars for local charities.

We believe in balancing hard work with giving back and having fun. That’s why we host an annual beach party and picnic for employees and their families. We even have a ping-pong table to encourage interaction throughout the day!
We promote employee participation in our monthly Fun Friday activities, themed events throughout the year, and potlucks. For events with alcoholic beverages, we offer to cover employee rides home if requested.
