West Indies Design Style in Renaissance

Aubuchon Homes recently completed this West Indies-inspired custom home in the Renaissance community in Fort Myers, Florida.

The home features three bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms. The den doubles as an additional guest space with a built-in murphy bed, full size closet and en-suite bath.

The home is 2,959 square feet of air conditioned living space and more than 4,700 total square feet. Aubuchon Homes’ in-house team of architectural designers created a unique floorplan with the owner’s suite and guest suites located on the same side of the home.

This layout allowed for a spacious walk-in pantry, roomy laundry area, and drop zone for towels, flip-flops, and pool toys within the pool bath.

The homeowners opted to include a fun rock waterslide and grotto feature into their outdoor living and pool area for hours of entertainment.
