Aubuchon Homes Features New Carlisle Bay Model in 2019 CCCIA Builders’ Showcase

Aubuchon Homes will debut a new floorplan, the Carlisle Bay, in January 2019.  The Carlisle Bay is a West Indies inspired custom home with contemporary flair.   The home is located in the Tarpon Estates neighborhood of Tarpon Point Marina on a lakefront oversized cul-de-sac lot.

The Carlisle Bay is fully furnished and features 4 bedrooms plus a den, 4.5 baths, an open concept living area, wine bar and walls of sliding glass doors that open to a spacious lanai.  All this within 3,725 square feet of living space and more than 6,100 total square feet including a 2.5-car garage plus a 1.5-car garage.

Beginning in January through March, the home is open daily for tours.  The Carlisle Bay will also be part of the 2019 CCCIA Builders’ Showcase, which is held over three weekends starting January 18-20, 25-27, and February 1-3.  Each year, the CCCIA highlights the best builders in Cape Coral during this event.  The tour is open to the public with no charge.
