Carmen Pecoraro

Warranty Manager

Carmen Pecoraro was born and raised in Rochester, New York.  He moved to Cape Coral with his family at the age of 15 to escape the cold winters.  His entire family has been involved in the construction industry in some capacity, so he was introduced to construction and remodeling at a very young age.

Carmen took college courses in drafting and design while he was in high school and his love for architecture grew.  He received his Associate of Science in Drafting and Design Technology from Edison State College (FSW).  But he didn’t stop there.  He went on to receive a Bachelor’s in Supervision and Management.  During college, he worked in the field assisting his uncle with kitchen installations.  The hands-on experience not only reinforced what he was learning in college but also allowed him to apply the concepts to real-world situations and problems.

Carmen’s attention to detail and amazing work ethic brings a lot of value to the team.  He looks forward to solidifying his role on the team with the full support of the Aubuchon Homes family behind him.  Carmen’s goal is to improve the customer experience after closing with the warranty department.

He lives in Fort Myers with the love of his life, Cindy, their son, Atlas, and their kitten Clementine. They love watching their son grow smarter and stronger every single day. Carmen says being a dad is the honor of a lifetime!  He also enjoys watching sports, lifting weights, and occasionally playing video games to unwind.
