The three-bedroom, three-bath Hallmark Two-Story plan was developed in response to our customers’ needs for additional space and more flexibility. The second-floor media room can be converted into a fourth bedroom.

Key West style is an island-style elevation that draws inspiration from the unique and charming Key West cottages located on the southernmost point island of the U.S. With bright and lively colors and classic island details, you get the feeling of being in Key West right here in Southwest Florida!  The Hallmark Two-Story features a metal roof, crisp white gingerbread details, clapboard siding, white trimmed windows and doors, and a front porch.
