  10. Who will actually be supervising the building of your home?
  11. What do others say about them?
  12. Is the company involved in the local community?  
  13. Does the builder have a relationship with an interior designer who can help you decorate your home? 
  14. On what philosophy is the company based?
  15. Who will help you with selecting major appliances to ensure your home is designed just for you?
  16. What criteria do they use to select their subcontractors?
  17. Does the real estate company list their name to add value and marketability on the resale market?
  18. How many customers have built a second home with them? 
  19.  Has the builder won any awards?
  20. How will the builder communicate progress to you?
